What Our Patients Are Saying:
"It's great to have such an awesome place in our neighborhood. I have been living in North Buffalo for over 20 years. This is by far the best medical office we have ever had. Welcome to the neighborhood! You guys are great! I'll be back!"
--Patient who visited our Buffalo location, 12/25/11
"I love the service Immediate Care provides for me and my family...The service is effective and very much needed by Independent Health recipients. Thank you, Immediate Care family, for all your hard work."
--Patient who visited our Niagara Falls Boulevard location, 12/24/11
"I like my personal physician and my son's pediatrician. But even they can't hold a candle to the kind, polite, friendly and professional manner in which you are treated at Immediate Care. I would be very concerned if Independent Health didn't allow us to come here."
--Patient who visited our Niagara Falls Boulevard location, 12/21/11
PLEASE NOTE: We have a contract with Independent Health through December 31, 2012. We continue to welcome all Independent Health patients! Please read our open letter to patients in response to Independent Health's recent incorrect announcement.
Immediate Care exists for one purpose: To serve patients.
Our welcoming, state-of-the-art medical centers provide acute illness and injury care when you don't want to spend hours waiting in a hospital Emergency Room and your doctor is unavailable.
Immediate Care provides many healthcare services in a more cost effective and efficient way than the typical Emergency Room, allowing those facilities to focus on patients with truly life-threatening conditions.
Customer service is the essence of our organization. We recognize that the satisfaction and care of our patients takes precedence above all else. Our goal is to create an environment and experience that exceeds expectations.
Immediate Care has five locations in Western New York (please see below for locations and hours), two locations in Rochester and one location in Austin, Texas.
