WNY Immediate Care is pleased to offer you

and your family the COVID Vaccine.

 

Anyone 12 years of age and older are eligible to receive the vaccine. WNY Immediate Care does not offer the Pfizer pediatric vaccine. 

  • Appointments Available but not Required
  • Visit our Locations page and select ‘Reserve A Time’ under the location most convenient to you
  • Under ‘Select a Reason’ select ‘COVID-19 Vaccine.’
  • Find the time slot available and convenient to your schedule
  • Fill out the required fields and select ‘Confirm Me!’
  • We will schedule your second dose after your first shot and send you reminders of the next dose.

Which vaccine is offered at WNY Immediate Care?

  • The Pfizer vaccine is offered at WNY Immediate Care.

How do I make an appointment to receive to the vaccine?

  • Appointments are available but not required. You can make your appointment by selecting ‘Reserve A Time’ under the location convenient to you.

Who can get the vaccine?

  • Anyone 12 years of age and older is eligible to receive the vaccine. We are currently not offering the Pfizer pediatric vaccine. 

What else is important to know regarding my vaccine appointment?

  • The second shot will be scheduled during your first shot appointment.
  • No exam required however their is a vaccine questionnaire.
  • The vaccine is available to you at no cost, but we will still file with your insurance provider.
  • Please bring photo ID.

Can I get my second vaccine at WNY if I received my shot somewhere else?

  • If you received your first vaccine shot somewhere else, you CAN receive your second shot at WNY Immediate Care. Please make an appointment via our ‘Reserve A Time’ button under the location convenient to you.
