Open Saturdays and Sundays When Your Doctor's Office Isn't
Weekends are when a lot of things tend to go wrong: a kid falls off a bike on Saturday morning, a fever spikes on Sunday night, or a nagging cough finally gets bad enough to need attention right when most doctor's offices have locked their doors until Monday. AFC Urgent Care is open every weekend at our North Buffalo location on Delaware Ave, so you're not stuck waiting two more days for care that shouldn't wait at all. If you've searched "urgent care open Sunday Buffalo" or "urgent care near me open now," this is exactly what you were looking for.
Most primary care offices close up shop by Friday afternoon and don't reopen until Monday, which leaves a two-day gap for anything that happens in between. AFC Urgent Care fills that gap by staying open on both Saturday and Sunday, with the same level of medical care you'd get on any weekday visit.
That means a weekend sports injury, a stomach bug that hits hard on a Saturday, or a rash that shows up out of nowhere doesn't have to turn into an anxious wait until the work week starts. Most major insurance plans are accepted on weekends just as they are during the week, and self-pay patients get the same upfront, transparent pricing no matter which day they come in.

Youth sports leagues, weekend pickup games, and Saturday morning yard work all tend to produce their fair share of sprains, scrapes, and strains. Since most of that activity happens exactly when regular doctor's offices are closed, our weekend hours line up with when these injuries are most likely to happen in the first place.
No phone call needed beforehand. Whether it's a Saturday morning or a Sunday evening, walk-ins are accepted just like any weekday visit, and you can also reserve a time slot online if you'd rather not wing it.
Weekday hours run extended as well, so between that and full weekend coverage, care is available seven days a week rather than the standard five. That gives Buffalo residents a real fallback whenever the timing of an illness or injury doesn't cooperate with a typical work week. Whenever a weekend brings something that can't wait, AFC Urgent Care in North Buffalo is open and ready to help.
