Our goal is to provide the highest quality healthcare in a timely, welcoming atmosphere. Like most private physician practices, WNY Immediate Care requires payment at the time of service. Our fees vary depending on the level of service provided. In most cases, WNY Immediate Care fees are substantially lower—usually one-third of the cost—than those charged by emergency rooms.
We accept most major insurance plans offered in WNY.

Self Pay
A deposit of $240 is required of all self-pay patients prior to service.
High Deductible Plans
Patients with high deductible plans are asked to pay a deposit of $240 prior to service. If deductible requirements are met and verified with your insurance carrier, only a co-pay (determined by your insurance carrier) is required.
