Our goal is to provide the highest quality healthcare in a timely, welcoming atmosphere. Like most private physician practices, WNY Immediate Care requires payment at the time of service. Our fees vary depending on the level of service provided. In most cases, WNY Immediate Care fees are substantially lower—usually one-third of the cost—than those charged by emergency rooms.

Self Pay
A pre-payment deposit of $240 is required from every patient who presents to WNYIC without valid health insurance coverage, or is on Medicaid or who is otherwise a non-insured private pay patient.
High Deductible Plans
Patients that maintain membership in High Deductible Plans will be asked to pay a pre-payment deposit of $150 prior to service. If deductible requirements have been satisfied with verification from the carrier, only the Co-Pay (determined by your insurance carrier) is required.
